RRT (Rapid Relief Technique)

What Is the RRT Method and How Can It Help Me?

The Rapid Relief Technique (RRT) is a neuroscience‑informed somatic approach developed by Sara Longoria that helps you identify and release stuck, negative emotions and patterns held in the body so you can genuinely move forward. Rather than just managing symptoms, RRT works to get to the root causes of emotional and physical blocks, helping your system change at the source so issues don’t simply return in a different form.

This method recognises that every life experience carries emotion — and unprocessed emotions can become stored in the body, contributing to stress responses, tension, chronic discomfort, anxiety, sleep disruption, and other patterns that don’t easily shift. RRT guides your body and nervous system to let go of these deep emotional imprints, creating space for clarity, calm, regulation, and resilience.

In my practice, I’ve used various techniques to support emotional wellbeing, but RRT has consistently proven to be among the most effective and quickest ways my clients experience meaningful change. I will guide you through the specific issue you want to work on, help you uncover what’s at the core of it, and support you in releasing it so the problem can be resolved — not just temporarily erased.

Clients often report feeling lighter, more centred, and more at peace with themselves as their nervous system and emotional patterns begin to shift.
